Tonight's Dinner: Pork & Peppers Stew Chopped Salad and homemade Tater Tots! OK ... mostly a repeat of leftovers and the taters tots look more like #TaterTurds ...BUT... they are super 😋 #YUMMY!😋 Make your own sort of like making the filling for #TwiceBakedPotatoes, except boil your potatoes and mash, add a splash of milk, a Tbs corn starch per tater, grated cheese of your fancy, minced bacon and onion, add a scrambled egg, and spices of your choice - I went with fresh ground pepper, garlic & onion powder, HVR powder - then stir it all together and stuff into a quart ziplock baggie, snip a little off one corner (or use a pastry bag and ⅜ to ½ inch tip). Into hot oil (pan or deep fryer) squeeze out 1½ to 2 inch long tots, snip off with kitchen shears and brown. Remove and drain on paper towels, then enjoy! #TonightsDinner #Homemade #TaterTots
