Our government decided to protect the president’s house in preparation for tomorrow’s #8m demonstrations. Because a fucking building is always more important than a women’s life. Mexican women decided to use the fence as a canvas and wrote the names of some of the countless feminicide victims that our government refuse to acknowledge. We don’t feel safe here, we need protection, we need stronger law enforcement, we need our government to be on our side. We need to feel as safe as the buildings in our city. Enough is enough, and for the ones who say that this is not the way, that we should ask politely. We’ve been asking politely for ages and you keep killing and raping us. We are done being nice, we are done being polite, we need actions, and we need them now. Tomorrow we will March, for our present and for our future.
