Usually mamey season starts in March but this year we have amazing mameys at the market right now. This creamy and caramel like fruit it’s delicious by itself but you can also make great smoothies and ice cream with it. I always call it the female avocado because has a similar texture and a beautiful orange coral color, it’s one of my favorite fruits ever. Have you tried it?
