Star anis and other amazing spices make the broth delicious... then add avocado chunks, fried tortilla stripes, rice, cheese, grilled chicken with adobo, cilantro and black Chile oil and BUM you got a winner soup! You just need a dash of lime and you’ll get the perfect soup for this rainy days. @pollobruto is a pandemic project, they were supposed to open a fine dinning Mexican restaurant and then Covid happened.
