Dear Julz, you are a sous chef now... but this is your first time and you will make mistakes, I expect you to do so but I also need you to fix whatever the issues are. Is frustrating I know, but you don’t have time to let that stop you. Figure things out, come up with solutions, adapt, evolve, get better and do what you say you will do and of course, what I ask you to do . that Joo Joo is the essence of sous-chefdom.
