Thank you for everything, especially for “A day in the life”. Over the years it’s the chapter that I’ve read the most, these days I have similar days, only chefs know what else happens in days like that, only chefs can read in between those lines, I’m glad I didn’t know how much stronger a person needs to be to go through that one day, how much you give up to be able to go through that over and over again. maybe I could have considered doing something else, but I’ve enjoyed every bit of it so far, even the dark bits, thank you for sharing that one day, rest in peace chef
