25-year-old Sidney Gilstrap-Portley faces felony tampering with government records charges after passing himself off as a freshman to play basketball at Hillcrest High in Dallas, Texas. Gilstrap-Portley told the school that he was homeless after fleeing Hurricane Harvey, and used the fake name Rashun Richardson.
