Once I got the ball I inflated up to full size and that is around 65cm Large or ex-large and you will like the stretching of the ball which holds around 2200 lbs. and my best part is that it is hypo-allergenic and made from materials that are strong enough to withstand a lot of pressure. I weight around 220 lbs and this holds me well, the ball bounces and rolls backward and forward easily.
