That first afternoon in Casablanca I decided to leave Instagram for a bit, not to post anything, just to enjoy the trip... I don’t seem to understand the concept of mindfulness, I seem to care too much about the past, a great deal about the future but not give two seconds of my time to the present....that afternoon in Casablanca, watching the sunset over the big mosque, watching Rainbow going crazy finding new ways to capture the moment I decided to enjoy that moment, her company, that sunset, Morocco... that moment lasted a few seconds but now is a very treasured memory... those few seconds in Casablanca... thank you Rainbow
