Together Apart, Design by @behinhadesign Behin Ha’s “Together Apart” is a vibrant reflection on the nature of social gathering during the pandemic. The two installations each consist of nearly 400 mesh fabric ribbons — coated in a brilliant orange hue — stretched between building rooflines and the ground. While the surface generated by the ribbons separates the individual spaces, its porosity provides visual interconnectivity between them. The interplay between the linear top anchor positions and curved ground anchor pattern gives rise to differentiated and complex conditions of visual overlap, density and transparency.
