Tonight's Dinner: For my #Birthday dinner tonight I'm enjoying one of my all-time absolutely most de-de-delicious entrées -- pan seared Lamb Chops! Going for a round-the-Mediterranean plate; I'm searing the Lamb Greek style in olive oil with a squeeze of fresh lemon and a couple drops of honey; Berber Couscous from North Africa - originating from Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia clear to Libya and western Egypt - actually a pasta made of tiny little grain-like balls of Semolina wheat flour steamed in hot chicken stock with minced onions and chopped dates; and a hearty Insalata Mista il Fattoria (country style salad) with coursely chopped greens, tomatoes, cucumbers, radishes, olives and a few marinated prawns (b'cuz after all it's my birthday!). #TonightsDinner #Greek #Lamb #LambChops #Berber #Couscous #Italian #InsalataMista #Olives #Prawns
