Casa Gueca, tropical retreat Architect: @volumetrika.arquitectos 📌Surf City, El Salvador, Central America 🗓️Projected for 2023 📐389.30 m2 An unobstructed view of the sea, with a privileged position to see the sunset, so our main objective was to ensure that all spaces could appreciate it, from there its linear shape was born, minimizing the internal walls and its transparency on the facade, which, being painted white, is colored according to the time of day. We achieved cross ventilation, which allowed us to reduce the use of air conditioning, and we obtained natural light, which makes i with low energy consumption.
