Today we did a group ceremony with the team. For me is vital to create safe spaces where we can cry, tal kto each other, recognize our strengths both as a team and individually and work with our emotions. The past year was filled with fear and anxiety, but we are better now and I wanted to have a ritual to help us release the bad things and open our hearts to the infinite possibilities that the universe has to offer. It was a beautiful day were got the opportunity to tell each other kind words, to say thank you, to connect with our mission and to recognize our capabilities. Later we had lunch and discussed the possible candidates to join our team next October and of course we made positive changes to our current tours and talked about new business opportunities. I love having this days to create, and think, to dedicate a morning to ourselves and to recharge energies for the amazing years to come. We are ready to work hard for our dreams, we are ready to keep impacting our community in a positive way and to continue creating opportunities for our vendors and collaborators. We also want to thank you our guests, without your support this wouldn’t be possible. Thanks for booking, for recommending us, for giving us the chance to show you our city. We love you and we are so happy to be able to be part of your visit. We are so happy, proud and grateful. Thanks for being part of this dream.
