We love hotdogs in Mexico City. These ones are from a very famous place called El Galán, they make a kind of sauce using tomatoes onions, cheese, bacon, jalapeños and ketchup and put it on top of the sausage. Simple, yet delicious. The only downside is that their location is horrible. You’ll need to go to a residential area far away from the center of the city usually only accesible by car because public transportation is horrible over there. Every time I need to visit Tecamachalco area, I stop by and have some hochos del Galán.
