Don Cesar always makes me eat a taco. He knows I like the fatty parts and whenever I have a tour he promptly opens a mixiote bag in search for the fat. “Uno con gordito para ti” he says to me. And this is why my cholesterol is high and my heart is full. I can’t say no to Don Cesar, specially when he goes above and beyond to make sure my taco is made with love exactly how I like it. I think we should be always like this, taking an extra minute to make things special for the people you love. Creating a chain of special moments.
