This pastry is called oreja or ear, it is usually my least favorite pastry. When I was a kid i used to live right next to an amazing bakery called Panmex and my dad used to bring a big tray for us to have breakfast, I always had concha or a chocolatin (the Spanish name for pain au chocolat) I hated orejas. But today I saw one worth my attention. Every morning @lareinapanda and I, visit a differen shop to support small local businesses during this crisis and today we went to @pergamo_health and this beauty was there and I personally think that this is the best oreja glow up I have ever seen.
