Yesterday I was too excited with the Champaign and now I’m suffering the consequences. My hungover cure is Mixiote, i call this dish the Mexican sous vide, in this case a mix of goat and beef with chiles and spices. When I’m specially hungover I ask Don César, my mixiote guy to make my with “gordito” and he looks for the fattiest part to make my taco. For an extra punch, habanero with onions and a little bit or cactus pad.
