I’m just gonna #ketoon since these #100daysofketo are going by with a breeze. I’m burning 🔥 steadily and both seeing and feeling a difference. Completely in this #ketoforlife! Tried to #intermittentfast today but I was still feeling all kinds of off (due to that time) so I did break hours early and had a #ketosnack of grass-fed beef jerky, brie and prosciutto so I wouldn’t have to take my meds on an empty stomach. Just wrapped up dinner which was super tasty and satisfying. The funny thing is I almost never know what I’m cooking until I’m in the kitchen staring at the ingredients. 😂 Today I had a simple cajun stirfry with #chayote squash, zoodles, ginger, dice tomatoes, chili, and salad shrimp in coconut oil. Yum!
