I just want to share this type of food we have in Philippines it is called "Banana Cue" made of Saba (A bicol term for the type of banana used) Mostly, we eat it during snacks or meryienda time. In the picture as what you saw it composed of Banana and melted sugar. My sister was the one who cooked this snack for us. It is very delicious, yummy, irresistible, and will surely click on your appetite. This is also a street food here in the Philippines. So friend want to try this at home? I will tell you and share the needed ingredients and materials in cooking these snack foods.

But before I share the recipe I would like to share also the nutrients and vitamins that we will get in eating banana. It has Vitamin B6, Manganese, Vitamin C , Potassium, Dietary Fiber, Protein, Magnesium, Folate, Riboflavin, Niacin, Vitamin A , Iron. So it is a healthy fruit to eat.

Ingredient:
Banana (cardava banana/Saba)
Brown Sugar
Oil
Skewer ( Bamboo Stick )

Materials:
Frying pan
Spatula

Preparation:
Put and ready all the needed materials, ingredients and equipment that will be needed in cooking banana cue. Start peeling the banana and you can also cut the banana/saba in your desired length. Be sure to wash all the needed things for hygiene and ask any assistance if needed.

Procedure:
1. Put the oil on the frying pan and wait until the oil boil and become hot.
2. Put the peeled banana into the frying pan and mix it gently
3. After five minutes add brown sugar. And wait until it becomes caramelized.
4. Remove it on the pan once the brown sugar melted and stick on the banana and become golden brown in color.
5. Let it cool before skewing it to bamboo stick

Now your banana cue is now ready to be serve and as you would notice it is very simple to cook so try this if you have time at home.
