An Inconvenient Truth Review
The Inconvenient Truth is a documentary film starring Al Gore who was the former vice president of the United States. The film talks about climate changes particularly. He shows different images of earth taken from different space missions. He also mentions how continents used to be just one big continent.
I was touched by the scene where the polar bear needs to swim very far to find some glaciers, so they can stay there and rest, only to find a small one, and when he had touched it, it broke. Sad to think, that not only humans are affected by the climate change but every living thing on earth.
It puzzles me how little by little, earth is being destroyed. Only few years had passed, and some lakes dried, glaciers melted. See for example in our country, Philippines, strong typhoons, earthquakes and landslides are all over the news. Those disasters stole many people's lives. The temperature is getting hotter, especially during Summer.
I think this film should be viewed by everyone so that they will also be aware of the condition of the earth now. Every human is responsible. It may be intentional or not. The earth is suffering, and we must do something to prevent or at least help save our mother earth. We need to take actions as soon as possible to save our planet, because if we won't, who will? It's getting worse every time. People should know how to help, and what to avoid. If only everyone get involved, it's not too late to save Mother Earth. Age isn't a disadvantage, everyone can help. Simple ways like waste segregation, planting trees, recycling can do it, plus those professional can do more research. We can do it all together. Save Mother Earth.
