⚡️ “Australian Parliament's security manual 'lost' by contractor”
Officials have admitted a private contractor, involved in a multi-million dollar security upgrade to Australia's Parliament House in Canberra, lost a 1000-page security manual last year. The document has not been recovered, despite a private investigator being called in, but there is not believed to be any threat to security as a result.
