What does an FPV racing course look like?

An FPV race usually takes place by an obstacle course or a race course marked out in the air. That There are gates in the air through which the pilots must fly. There are basically two types of FPV racing:

• Flying against each other-This is the "real" FPV-Racing in which several pilots compete simultaneously on a track. Whoever is the first to achieve the goal wins.

While the time races are relatively simple, there is a division between the races directly against each other. To ensure that not too many drones are on the line at the same time, there is often a kind of qualifying before the race as you can see from the motorsport. The pilots fly a few rounds around the course and are divided into different final groups depending on their roundness. They then fly against each other and make the victory under themselves.

Practically next to creating smaller groups is also the fact that by the previous subdivision, pilots fly on similar levels against each other. Thus, every equal opponent and also participants with slower copter or less flight experience gets a fair chance. The winners of the individual groups can compete against each other either in the style of a K.O. tournament, or they can be considered a class winner. There can also be several races at an FPV-Racing event, in which points are accumulated, which are then counted again at the end and thus determine the winner.
