SIR MACK RICE, writer of hits like "Mustang Sally" and, with LUTHER INGRAM, "Respect Yourself," died MONDAY (6/27) at his home in BLOOMFIELD HILLS, MI after a battle with Alzheimer's disease at 82, according to the DETROIT FREE PRESS.
