Wanting to start a yoga routine at home, but don’t know how? Here are 4 of my favorite sources for full routines:

  • Ekhart Yoga offers 30 free videos (as well as a paid membership option) & their Youtube channel offers a multitude of free videos varying from single yoga pose instruction, to routines for specific ailments or times of the year, and this great 90 minute heart opening flow.
  • Do Yoga With Me touts themselves as the best selection of free yoga videos available and they also have a Youtube channel.  Their youtube selection has a great selection of beginners to advanced routines as well as single poses, yoga for athletes and seniors and tips on how to have proper posture. Many of the videos are instructed by the website’s founder, David Procyshyn. Their website offers a filter where you can browse by skill level, duration and more.
  • YOGAmazing – This website has around 250 free routines for you. It used to be a weekly podcast, but it doesn’t appear to be active anymore. It’s a shame, because I find the instructor really fun! He gives specific routines for chakras, emotional states, and so much more. This is definitely one of my favorites.
  • Yoga Journal. I found Yoga Journal through this sweet, sweet hip opener. They not only offer video routines, but articles in poses and a lot more great information. They also allow you to browse by length, practice type, skill level, etc.

Feel free to share this post on social media using the buttons at the bottom. And, I’d love to hear from you, now – what are YOUR favorite yoga websites, favorite pose or routine?

Many Blessings,

Rachel
