6. List of phone numbers: Even though you have numbers for special care needs for disabilities or for animals, remember that during a disaster the telephones may be down. If you need special care, contact your State before the disaster for available services.

1. Water: You need at least 72 hours worth of water such as one gallon per person per day.
2. Food: Keep well-packaged high energy foods in the cupboard such as peanut butter.
3. Clothing: Sturdy boots, etc.
4. Sanitation: Toilet paper, garbage bags, and chlorine bleach.
