RedGage

I have just come from Liz Eahauser's profile page after reading the posts on her wall  http://www.redgage.com/eahauser/

It seems that I am not the only one that is wondering what is going on, it seems that the views that you see recorded on your profile page are the sum total of all the views that you have had since the new page started. It is supposedly an acurate total.

Since I have more comments than views on some of my new posts, I just wonder how that works???

Below is the comment that I left on eahauser's page, and I would be really interested in hearing some of your views about the state of Redgage. 

I would also be very interested to hear from anyone that has benefited through this change over, and anyone that has had their old views moved over, as I haven't seen anyone yet that has experienced either.

It seems since I posted the comment below on Liz's wall I now have 10 views on the post that was showing zero views, but just to show you what I mean, try looking at my post White Beard http://goo.gl/oYMmlI which has 9 comments but no views but that may change, but hey they say these figures accurately reflect the number of real views, and maybe you RedGage folk are not real, now I am really entering the Twilight Zone, cue creepy music...

If the content that I have uploaded since the change over to the new site is supposed to be accurate, then how come on some posts I have more comments than views recorded how does that work?

For example I have a photo called Embracing http://goo.gl/tBN8hq that has Zero yes 0, or to put it another way no views at all yet it has five, that is 5 comments and two favourites??? 

How can you trust a system that is so obviously and blatantly wrong, and it is always wrong in your own favour. What is worse no one seems to be explaining why what was promised to take a week has still not happened.

I have uploaded and tried to promote my stuff stuff but if this is the reality from now on, only views that are determined valid, which in this case those that left comments are deemed to be not valid by RedGage, then I can not see how anyone can make any money at all, I couldn't even get the 80 cents that you say I have earned as I have no access to it at all, and who knows when that access to money made will ever become available again.

I loved RedGage for many reasons, and I have made some really good friends on here, and thankfully I am on other sites that they are also on so I shall still be able to stay in contact with them and the things that they post.

But if something is not done soon, judging from the posts on your wall you will be losing some of the best content providers on RedGage, and I can fully understand why.

I hope that this does not happen, no one wants to make money fraudulently, we all want what is fair, but not allowing views from even inside of RedGage to count even when they make a comment does not seem right at all.
