I'm gearing up for a very busy couple of weeks. I pick up my kids tonight, and all of them will be with me for 2 weeks. This week I work Monday. Tuesday evening we have cheerleading and a baseball game. Wednesday I work. Thursday night is baseball again. Friday, Saturday, and Sunday I work. Plus my son has a baseball tournament. And then next Monday we are leaving for Cedar Point. Sometime this week I still need to pack, and I'd like to bake some banana bread to bring along. And make a pasta salad. And, and, and ... the list goes on and on!! Any tips for making these 2 weeks easier?
