They are going to be a bit unnerved if you are a couch potato then suddenly start training for the Marathon. So let us start simply and start walking slowly at first then speed up. in a few seconds try a burst of running then walking again. Keep this up for any length of time and you will start to burn the fat! The best and one of the cheapest methods is to buy a skipping rope. This is an extremely good cardio-vascular exercise and will burn a lot of energy. This is without going to the gym so appeals to my money saving side!

Speaking of the Gym, if you can get to a gym at least three time a week then you are going to benefit a hell of a lot really. The gym combined with a healthy eating plan will increase your strength and muscle tone. You will start to see your stomach muscles tighten and this tightening will pull in the stomach. It will, after a couple of weeks, start to show results which mean you feel great and very healthy. Building muscle will happen over time and, along with the loss of belly-fat, you will soon start to feel the benefit. So to re-cap then, start with exercise and getting the heart-rate up, keep exercising as long as you are able. Do this all in the knowledge that it will be burning fat whilst you are keeping your heart rate up.
