How To Pickle Green Mangoes
Not everybody likes green mango because of its sourness. Here is how to liven it up. Pickle them
What do you need:
-5 pieces green mangoes
-5 tablespoons brown sugar
-1 teaspoon salt
-10 pieces calamansi (medium size)
-bell pepper
What to do:
-peel green mangoes and slice them into thin strips, set aside
-squeeze the 10 calamansi juice on a bowl, remove the seeds
-slice the bell pepper thinly
-take the bowl with calamansi juice and add 1 tsp of salt and 5 table spoons of sugar.
Mix them together until the salt and the sugar are dissolve. Add in the mangoes and mix them together.
Lastly, add the bell pepper. Put in a jar or serve them right after.
