Super Superbowl Party Recipes
It is a known fact that Super Bowl Sunday is the second biggest eating day of the year. People plan this day for months, and this year will be no different, In just a few short hours the Seattle Seahawks will be squaring off in Denver with the Broncos.
Just because time is coming up fast for kick-off, that doesnt mean you can't whip up something delicious and fast for your arriving guest. Below are just a few quick fix recipes that will make your guest think you have been planning for weeks.
- Buffalo Chicken dip
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 package of soft cream cheese (8 oz)
- 1 cup sour cream1 package of Buffalo seasoning mix
- 1 1/2 cups chopped chicken 1/2 cup blue cheese (crumbled)Sides such as, celery, carrots, crackers, or chips
DIRECTIONS:
Make sure oven is preheated to 350°F.
Mix all ingredients together in a mixing bowl until well blended.
Stir in chicken.
Spoon into lightly greased pie plate.
Bake 20 minutes or until heated through. Sprinkle with blue cheese. Serve with assorted dippers.
- Guacamole Salad
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 med avocados, peeled and chopped
- 1 package of Guacamole seasoning
- 1 medium tomato chopped
- 2 tablespoons red onion chopped
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
