Chop Suey made delicious!
Chop Suey 1 cup of chicken shredded (cooked)3 clove of garlic (diced)1/2 cup of fresh sweet peas1/2 cup of green/red bell pepper1 cup of fresh mushrooms (optional)1/2 cup yellow squashFresh mint/basil leavesPinch of salt/ ground black pepperchicken stock2 tbsp. oil olive Preparation: Brown garlic into frying pan with olive oil. Add mushrooms til it soft follow with cooked shredded chicken until it gets brown. Pour all mixed vegggies. Low the heat and cover pan let is simmer for 5 minutes. Then top fresh mint/basil leaves Enjoy!
