Can't Stop Thinking
Poor Chelsea has how clue that Dad is the monster not Denise since he's racking up quiet a body count for a man of the cloth. I guess she didn't notice that look on his face when she said the M word. He ends up going to the morgue to ID the body with Chelsea who waits outside. Oh my did he not pray in this episode. I thought for sure after the cops mentioned finding a body that he'd rush off to pray but he just went outside. He does know how to put on a good show but I guess he's had lots of time to practice.
So now that text will just be considered a suicide note. At least Zainab was standing up for her friend. Too bad she can't be as supportive of her own son. Oh sure he's getting over Christian. I saw that look when Christian was selling off his shares and that wasn't an I'm so over you look. Aw how sweet he arranged things so Christian would get the highest amount for them so he can get that fresh start being a trainer.
Phil's determined to run off with the kids wihle leaving Shirley behind so she takes action into her own hands and tells Peggy since that's the only one that can get through to him. Dude that was such a iditioc remark he made about Jack being a loser in a wheelchair. Oh sure taking a bullet for a loved one is such a loser thing to do. I guess they'll be around for the wedding but will Peggy since Barbara's leaving which sucks since I love Peggy and no it isn't because we happen to have the same name. She talks sense into him but oops it looks like he's going to lose Shirley since she's moving out.
Ben tries to get her to change her mind since it would help if he knew she was waiting for him to get home. Peggy's right that it isn't a done deal that the kid's going to have to go to juvie and if the judge did know the whole story maybe they'd do something else. Do you have community service over there? I'm guessing you probably do but for all I know it is called something else. Oh you Brits and your kooky words. Phil is such an idiot.
Darren is allowed to stay at Max's place. What is it with him going on about Darren smelling? Maybe the guy just needs to take a shower or wash his clothes. He can't stink that much since he hasn't been homeless for that long. Didn't Minty just give him the boot a few days ago? Damn Carol that was harsh saying it didn't matter if Darren wanted to give some money for his own child. I just found that odd that she'd not care about something like that and be more concerned about Darren paying a month's rent in advance which really doesn't make sense since Max said he could stay for a few days. It looks like Abby wants him to stay.
I think Carol just wants the money. And what was up with her and the fries? She certainly gave Darren a lot but I guess he's hungry after two days of leaving in that office at the carlot. I'm thinking he probably hasn't eaten much. What I found odd was the eating fries with silverware. Do you really do that over in England? I eat fries with my hand and where's the ketchup? Those were fries right? I could have sworn she called them chips which is the British word for French fries unless it was something else but I'm pretty sure they were fries. With all this talk of fries now I'm thinking about having some but it is too bloody hot to have them.
