I drink both coffee and tea but in many occasions I drink coffee. I usually drink it with milk.   I know coffee and tea have health benefits, both of which are rich in antioxidant. Which has more antioxidant and gives more health benefits?

When you have to choose which to drink, the choice of course depends on your taste. You know both are beneficial for your health. On certain occasions both coffee and tea outperform with each other.

Although both coffee and tea are good for health, the content of coffee and tea is not exactly the same so when choosing which to drink, you have to relate it to the purpose of drinking it.
