Moreover, choosing the best and healthiest ingredients, for my salads is what I enjoy the most about this adventure. The freshness and healthiness of raw foods is really addictive and very satisfying in terms of dietary requirements.

 

For today's salad adventure, I will be incorporating in my new style of salad, my favorite seafood, shrimp which contains omega-3 and protein, it’s healthier, and we will surely have more fun in preparing this without all the guilt.

Delicious Healthy Shrimp Salad

 

Here are the ingredients you need to have to make this delicious healthy shrimp salad:

 

Note: Since we are going to make a salad please make sure that ingredients are fresh.

 

  • 30 oz cooked large shrimp (it should be deveined and peeled or de-tailed)
  • 2 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice (squeezed)
  • 4 of teaspoons of Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon fine sea salt
  • 1 cup of tomato juice
  • 2 or 3 pieces red bell peppers (seeds should be removed and should be trimmed, cut into small squares about ¼ of an inch)
  • 1 cup fresh cilantro or chives (should be minced)
  • 3 pieces of celery ribs (should be chopped finely into crosswise)
  • Liquid red pepper (few drops will do)

 

Directions for making this gorgeous finished healthy shrimp salad:

 

  1. Prepare a large bowl where all of the ingredients can be properly mixed.
  2. Whisk the following together:
  3. 2 tablespoon of your fresh lemon juice, 1 cup of the tomato juice, liquid red pepper, 4 teaspoons of Worcestershire sauce, and of course the fine sea salt.
  4. Once done, taste it for seasoning and immediately after that, mix the fresh celery and red pepper. Make sure to stir it very well for all the ingredients to be blended properly and to distribute the flavor.
  5. After every ingredient is mixed together, leave it in the large bowl and cover the bowl properly. For the flavors to incorporate well and achieve tastier results, you may put it in the fridge for about 1-2 hours.
  6. After that step, you can now toss your cooked shrimp to evenly coat it; just make sure the sauce is just enough. Now add the freshly picked chives and toss it to blend. Then you can taste it for seasoning. Blend the ingredients properly.
  7. Your delicious healthy shrimp salad is now finished and is ready to serve.
  8. Place your wonderful and super healthy shrimp salad on a gorgeous platter to serve.
