A beautiful extra large crochet afghan with multi colored diagonal stripes will keep you warm this winter! This colorful throw took me one month to make, spending many hours each day. The finished afghan was well worth the time! This one of a kind afghan was worked in a diagonal striped pattern for a unique look. It is displayed here on a twin size bed. I used many different colored yarns I also combined the yarn with doily thread to make it stronger and blend it in better. It makes the afghan look like it has speckles throughout it. I did the trim in a solid navy blue. This will be the warmest afghan youll ever use! It measures approx: 84 in x 82in (will stretch a little) 84 in = 213.4 cm x 82 in = 208.3 cm I would recommend wash gentle cycle (if your washer can handle it. It will get very heavy so you may consider a commercial washer) and tumble dry low. I used different kinds of yarns which where,mostly acrylic , but some fibers are unknown. The thread used was cotton. I did my best to make sure that all of the tail ends where weaved in. Should you find a tail that i may have missed, just weave it back in using a large eye needle, or leave it as the yarns where knotted together to insure they wouldnt come apart. *Please note* International Shipping costs vary a great deal depending of what part of the world you are in.
