💡African nights + letters from friends📃 Every night in Tanzania, I got to read a letter from one of my best friends or family. That was my favorite part of every day. To climb in that hot tent, get my flashlight and read a letter from someone I loved over and over and over. When it came to this part of the night, i was able to reflect and see God's hand in every second if that day. To see that He had been preparing everything for this moment when I would read a letter and it be exactly what I needed. I would hear the kids running, playing and laughing while i sat in a pitch black tent thinking how fortunate we all were to be loved and going to sleep with full bellies. The most valuable principle i learned from this trip was GRATITUDE.
