OK so picture didn' out how I wanted but here is my chicken marsala with crumbled truffle goat cheese on top... The chicken was garlic and herb seasoned baked in a bit of butter till 90 percent done. Then it was tossed into the garlic and Italian seasoned sautéed mushrooms and then they finished cooking in the pan as i deglazed it with the pre-made marsala sauce I had sitting around. Once done I plated it and crumbled some truffle goat cheese over it...
