Last night's dinner was pretty good. On the left is a noodle dish with stir fry noodles, a vegetable mix (fire roasted tomatoes, diced broccoli and mushrooms, and some asparagus steamed in beef broth with Sesame seeds, soy sauce, ground mustard seasoning, onion powder, umami seasoning, dashi stock, and red miso) with some pan fried crispy ginger and soy seasoned tofu cubes and a nice sweet and spicy ginger mint sauce on top. Then on the right is some ginger and soy seasoned pan fried crispy calamari with a home made duck sauce. #japanesefood #seafood #foodporn #homechef
