I am reviewing an excellent book by Eloise Piper:
Sewing and Sculpting Dolls - Easy-To-Make Dolls from Fabric, Modeling Paste, and Polymer Clay
Eloise Piper teaches you how to make dolls starting with a basic cloth doll pattern on the beginers level, going a little further with modeling paste in the intermediate level and using polymer clay in the advanced level.
The book includes several patterns and gives ideas for embelishing the dolls. You can create thousands of different styles of dolls by adjusting the patterns, like changing lenght of legs, of changing the shape of the faces, hair, etc.
The book also includes patterns to make the dolls clothes.
