A letter is sent to the Ombudsman of the Republic May 13, 2007 in response to large economic difficulties inherent in two economic redundancies:

Mister the Ombudsman, 

I come to you to tell you about my catastrophe.

Mr. xxxx xxxxx, Usher of the public treasury sent me a letter in which he specifies to seize my goods because I owe € 721 before 05/15/2008.

The harassment of the public treasury and the tax office, I come to you to state my problems which never stop.

At January 21, 2003, two adjustments or choice, carelessness and incompetence that is a tax return sent, but that was not seized by the Treasury services on revenues  in 2000. The amount is € 676.00, € 2,234, € 174, € 191 or € 3,275 or 21 482.59 Francs were added to current and future taxes .
 

This is resulting some substantial consequences:

To make more concise, to prevent you from reading this story, the total tax for my redundancy, January 21, 2003, is 2234 + 174 + 191 + 676 + 488 + 2410 + 267 + 224 + 2255 + 182 = € 9,101 (or 59 698 Fr), added related debts of € 7,800 (51 500 Fr), you get the final sum of about € 16,600 (or 111 500 Fr).

These debts are due to the number of vacation days that I could not take because of pressure from commercial when I was on mission which advised me to know my site and its environment instead of taking my leave. French law permits taking a vacation until 13 months after the last year. If I remember correctly, I had about 60 days of vacation to take. During my redundancy, these days were deducted to calculate my social security benefits so four months without any financial compensation.

Consequently, I had to bring € 4,400 (or 29 000Fr) additional savings to pay my rent, electricity, my adsl, my credit car (GRD 309 bought € 1,500), excluding money cash, more than 200 single or A/R letters, dietary supplements to keep fit, or other unnecessary expenses.

Today, I can say that I do not have in my account about 28 to € 30,000!!

 Other consequences of my first economic redundancy are: 

• Having slept seven months in my car!
• Prohibits the France's Bank for 5 years
• Three Christmas and New Year to eat carrots and radishes

To summarize, from January 21, 2003 to August 16, 2005, I was unemployed, so two and a half years

From August 16, 2005 to March 17, 2006, I worked for seven months, we have 13 May 2007, 4 YEARS AND NINE MONTHS OF UNEMPLOYMENT, despite a substantial resume, untold numbers of letters, and new appointments unsuccessful !

 Also, I failed to notice that I was forced to sell:

• my Hi-Fi worth € 2600
• my bed,
• my psychée,
• my fridge,
• my bike,
• my cupboards,
• my washing machine,
• my car,
• Also, I do not have a TV or DVD player, home theater.

In addition, since March 17, 2006, I am unemployed again due to a second redundancy:

18 janvier 2005 : Official presentation to the ground of the Airbus A380

11 avril 2006 : The sale of EADS shares by the Lagardère group is made public.

14 juin 2006 : The EADS stock plunges 26,32 %, at 18,73 euros. 

 

Les protagonistes des profits : 

- The co-chairman of EADS generated a gain of € 3.5 million in March 2006.

- The director of EADS SPACE sold 10 000 shares with a profit of € 114,000.

- The Deputy Chief Executive Officer has sold 50,000 shares for a profit 737 000.

- The Director of Human Resources of EADShas sold 95,000 shares for a profit of 1.2 million euros.

 

Due to the power failure for I could not pay it due to all the financial problems incurred by me, you will notice from others and not of myself, I do not have hot water, no more light, no more mobile,  phone, I still have my computer, but now it does not  serves me since I do not have electricity.

Due to the initiative of my owner, non-verification of the identity of the EDF, and my positions, this invoice prevents me for ten months these very serious points following :

• To receive electricity from the EdF
• To use a competing supplier (provide the final invoice)
• To use internet + phone (cancel)
• To use a mobile (cancel),
• T ofind a job,
• To develop a company (appointments ANPE),
• To wash me with a hot shower.
• To heat my apartment (temp 6-10° C),
• To use light (Using a candle and go to bed at 18-19H),
• To use washing machine (therefore, pay launderette),
• To change of residence (impossible because of the EDF invoice),
• To iron my clothes,
• To recept friends,
  
  

I still have :

• Two chairs,
• A sofa,
• A gas cooker,
• A desk (1m20)
• a computer + printer
• An armchair with outside temperatures in the month of December 2007 of around -6 -8 ° C, and interior 4-6 ° C

 Today, I haven't got :

• Hot water 
• Electricity
• Light
• Phone
• Mobile
• Internet
• Car
• Motos or moped
• Bike
• TV
• DVD
• Home cinema
• Bed
• Cupboards
• Washing machine
• Fridge

I would copied to the Chair of the General Council of the Orne, Basse-Normandie region, to the Mayor and Member of Parliament as soon as I found their email address.

To conclude, since January 21, 2003, it happened nothing except one thing, I paid! So this amount is too large for me, so I ask you to fully deleting costs! When will the collection of tax on revenues  directly to pay!
